St. Andrew’s Family Shelter – Hugo
We are supporting the St. Andrew’s Family Shelter and will be volunteering the week of Feb. 20-26 to bring meals to the shelter. Sign up in the lobby or call the office. We need dinner shifts, bring food and make and serve a meal at the shelter from 5:00pm – 8pm. We also need overnight shifts, this is coming at 8:00-9:00pm shutting down the shelter for the night.
If you choose to volunteer at St. Andrew’s, you must complete and Application Form, Background Check Authorization, and watch a short video from Safe Gatherings. There can be either one or two people for overnights or for serving dinner. Children can attend with a parent. The only restriction is that to be in the kitchen, the kids must be 10 years old or older. Once you have signed up to be a volunteer, head over to our volunteer training page.
